Punishment of the crime

The Defendant made an investment in dividing the funds necessary for the operation of the illegal game room with the names of the needy and the unlawful game boxes, and made the name influorized money exchange to divide the profits therefrom, and served as the person in charge of management in the "D Gameland" on the 1st floor of Busan, Seo-gu C and 1st underground level.

9. 말경까지 위 게임 장에 ‘ 마왕 2199’ 게임 기 40대를 설치해 두고, 위 게임 장을 찾는 불특정 다수의 손님들에게 조이스틱과 일명 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 제공하여 버튼에 올려놓은 후, 손님들이 게임기에 1만 원 권을 투입하면 ‘CREDIT’ 상에 10,000점이 생성되어 자동으로 게임이 진행되도록 하여 1회 시마다 500점이 차감( 시간 당 15만원에서 18만원 소요) 되고, 4개의 숫자를 작은 순서 대로 맞추는 게임으로 당첨 시 게임기 상단 10개의 미션에 따라 정해진 점수가 누적되며, 누적된 점수는 단속을 피하기 위하여 ‘SCORE’ 상이 아닌 게임기 내부에 적립되도록 한 후, 손님들 로부터 게임을 통해 획득한 적립 포인트의 환 전을 요구 받으면 성명 불상의 종업원이 마스터키를 이용하여 게임기 내부 버튼 조작을 통해 적립된 포인트( 알 개수 )를 손님에게 알려 주고, 손님은 위 종업원의 안내 지시에 따라 게임 장 밖에서 은밀히 활동하는 성명 불상의 환전상으로부터 위 적립 포인트에 대해 환전 수수료 10%를 공제한 후 환전 받게 하였다.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with a name-free winner, carried out a business exchanging points obtained through the use of game products in cash.
