1. The defendant shall pay 56,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 20, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff completed the construction work prior to the filing of the instant lawsuit is not disputed between the parties or may be acknowledged in accordance with the purport of evidence evidence No. 1 and all pleadings, as a whole, by being awarded a contract for construction work (SYYA) from the Defendant on February 6, 2014 for KRW 57,200,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 56,700,000,000, excluding the Plaintiff’s own deduction, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the same ground as the conclusion.
