Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:40 on November 14, 2015, at “EA club” managed by the victim D in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan; (b) followed the table, on the ground that he was bad, during drinking alcohol; and (c) became a water stop to the tables customer next to the process.

4. On the same day as paragraph 1, 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was arrested by police officers I and J from the Busan Police Station H of the Busan Police Station, who were called upon 112, on the ground that he was in the same place on the same day as paragraph 1; and (b) was arrested by the police officers in the act of committing a flagrant act; (c) was removed by asking the police officers for entering the I’s left kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne; and (d) was removed from the face of I and J.
