1. The Defendants are the Government Registry of the District Court on April 15, 1953, with respect to the Plaintiff’s 612 square meters prior to the Jung-gu Government City M.

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese occupation period for the land located in Ma at the time of the Government, the land category of the above land is the whole land category, the cadastral point is 410 square meters, and the assessment titleholder is N.

B. On May 6, 1956, the Plaintiff’s father’s father’s husband completed the registration of transfer due to restitution against the above M No. 410 (hereinafter “instant land”). On October 11, 1994, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer based on the inheritance by consultation and division on June 11, 1981.

The land in this case was changed to the “1355 square meters prior to the Gu Government-si,” and the said 1,355 square meters was converted to the “410 square meters prior to the Gu Government-si.”

C. However, as to the above M, which is the same parcel number as the land in the instant case, P filed an application for the registration of transfer pursuant to restitution as of April 15, 1953 by the receipt of No. 7330, and the separate register was created and the registration under P was completed. According to the closed register in the P’s name, the land category or land register is recorded as 612 square meters.

P died on February 5, 1985, and the defendants are successors of P.
