Criminal facts
On October 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud in the Daegu District Court Port Branch branch on October 25, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the port prison on June 22, 2018.

1. On October 5, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “a golf bond will be sold” by accessing NABC from the street near the Defendant’s residence located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, to the cell phone “D,” and that “a golf bond will be delivered if the Defendant sent KRW 300,000 to the victim E.”
However, even if the defendant did not have golf loans and received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the above goods to the victim.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 30,000,000 won as the price for goods from the victim to the F account under the name of the Defendant, from that time, and received 3,250,000 won in total from November 14, 2018 to five persons, including the victim E, etc., by the same method as the list of crimes (1) in the same manner, from November 14, 2018.

2. On November 20, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “a golf bond is sold” after having access to the Defendant’s smartphone to the NAH “H,” and then, if he transfers KRW 1.6 million to the victim I who reported and contacted, he/she will deliver golf bonds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received 1.6 million won to the F account (J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the date and time to December 15, 2018. In addition, five times in total as shown in the List of Crimes (2) in the attached Table from the above date and time to December 15, 2018.
