A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 3 through 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 4214" case

1. On July 25, 2015, around 13:30 on July 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property; (b) destroyed a structure; (c) destroyed a commercial building located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (d) stolen goods equivalent to KRW 1,30,000 at the market price, such as divers, which were in possession, into the locks of the warehouse; and (d) stolen a window owned by the victim D, which was kept in the air conditioners; and (e) stolen goods of KRW 1,30,000,00 in the market price, including 17 years old.

In addition, from May 2014 to November 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed 27 occasions, such as the list of offenses (No. 5-6 pages); (b) invaded the locked locked; and (c) stolen the property worth KRW 6,459,00 in total, from May 201 to November 201.

"2016 Highest 510" case

2. On March 29, 2015, the Defendant intruded into a structure, and stolen building in which around 09:00 on March 29, 2015, the Defendant came to singing from the Ginginging room operated by Gyeonggi-gu E victim F, Gyeonggi-gu, and the can, for the purpose of cutting off the can, into a cooling house with four floors, take a total amount of KRW 204,00 in the market price of cans owned by the victim and six boxes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the damaged person, and stolen the property.

3. On October 11, 2015, the Defendant intrudes into a building, damages to property, or larcenys: (a) when entering a singing room operated by H victim I in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for the purpose of cutting off cans into a five-story warehouse, and opened a metal locked machine for a warehouse owned by the victim from the five-story warehouse to a dricker, in which the 30,000 won in total is removed from the market price of the cans in a warehouse; and (b) cans in a 10,000 won in total;

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim, damaged the victim's locking device, and stolen property.

"2016 Highest 1027" case

4. The defendant shall be installed at the entrance of the warehouse managed by the victim L in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and the first floor parking lot around September 10, 2015, around 10:10 on September 28, 2015.
