The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a person who is without merit.

At around 08:50 on May 28, 2020, the Defendant assaulted, by hand, the victim’s face, who was sitting before the restaurant, three times in the restaurant, “C” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the victim D (Nam, 23 years of age) was melting the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. A written agreement stating that the victim does not want punishment against the defendant was submitted to this court on August 11, 2020.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
