The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 8, 2019, at around 21:10, the Defendant committed assault by plucking, plucking, plicking, plucking, plucking, and knishing the victim D (the age of 32) who is the wife at the Defendant’s residence located in the Habud Bud C of the North Korean Permanent Residence.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Articles 260(3) and 260(1) of the Criminal Act;

B. A written agreement stating that the victim does not want punishment against the defendant was submitted to this court on April 2, 2020.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
