Criminal facts

E. On July 12, 2019, around 15:00 on July 15, 2019, the Defendant, within the same place as the above A, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by informing the victim of his tax and beeacon place in the laboratory.

F. On July 18, 2019, around 11:36, the Defendant committed an indecent act by using the victim’s head that he/she sits and reports his/her duties in the right hand.

G. At around 13:02 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by using the victim’s head who was seated in the chair and reported his duties in the left hand.
