A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the Dong-si B Apartment Management Office, and the victim C (the victim, 60 years of age) is the representative of the apartment unit, the victim D (the name, the name, the age of 69) is the same apartment unit.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On May 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the instant apartment management office on the back of the victim, who inspected documents, such as a written resolution of expenditure, within the Defendant’s apartment management office; (b) held the victim as “after one time,” and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim on his/her own hand by only buckbucks.

B. The Defendant from May 2018 to the end of the same year

6. On the first day and second day, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act against the victim by using sparingly sparing the victim from the defect victim who is about to be in the office of managing the apartment in question, who is about to be in the course of performing his duties.

C. At around 13:00 on October 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the said apartment E-dong elevator; (b) on the first floor after boarding the victim and the elevator; and (c) after hearing from the victim the words “ice off.....”, the Defendant attempted to have the victim come to know of the victim’s body by hand; (c) on the other hand, the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. Crimes against victims D;

A. On November 1, 2019, the Defendant, within the elevator of the above apartment, around 12:30 in the order of 12:30, was on board the elevator as the victim, and she was next in the elevator, and her body was spared by the victim’s own hand, thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

B. At around 14:00 on December 2, 2019, the Defendant, within the apartment management office of the above apartment, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by keeping the victim’s face, who was seated in a sofacion, with the victim’s own hand, while requesting the Defendant to consult with him as a matter of benefits.
