The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 9, 2016, around 04:40, the Defendant committed assault against the victims, such as the victim C (17 tax)’s head debt flick, flick, and flick, flicking the victim C’s head debt flick, flicking the victim C’s head debt flick, and flicking the flick, flicking the victim D (19 years old)’s head debt flick, and flicking the flick.

2. The above facts charged pertaining to a crime that cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act). Since the victims expressed their intent not to prosecute the defendant after the indictment of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
