Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.150% from blood alcohol leveling around 01:50%, operated B 30km from the 30km section to the 5th day before Busan Jin-gu, Busan, as it was located in the 5th Do-ro, Do-ro, Do-dong, Busan, to the 554 (Ga-dong, Ga-dong).
