A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 885] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant, in collusion with C on May 31, 2016, attempted to sell merpt cams, and the Defendant attempted to sell approximately 6.7 grams to F in the E hotel 1st floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “camphone”), but failed to carry out an attempted attempt, in collusion with C, to arrest multiple prosecution investigators at the same time.

2. Crimes by defendants;

A. At around 14:00 on May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid down 0.1g of opon in the guest room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G in a H telephone 207, thereby making the opon enter the aquatic disease by heating 0.1g of opon into the bar; and (b) administered water as soon as possible through the water.

B. At around 18:30 on May 31, 2016, the Defendant possessed approximately 6.7 grams for sale in E hotel 1 floor E in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

[2016 Highest 1682] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant, who administered phiphonephones, on April 21, 2016, at around 20:0 square meters on April 21, 2016

4. Between 22. 04:00, J hotel wave room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I put about about one gramopon on the studio, put the stalopon into the water bottle, enter the water bottle, and administered the oponon, as soon as possible, in a manner of promptly inhaleing the smoke passing through the water.

2. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from K from April 22, 2016 to around 07:00 to around 09:00, the Defendant received philophones by receiving 0.1g of philophones from K at the above J hotel without compensation.

3. On April 24, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that inhales philophones from around 21:00 on April 24, 2016 to around 25:0 on the day following the day on which the following day was attached, in the M hotel strike room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
