A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1,450,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand who handles narcotics.

1. Purchasing sand;

A. On February 25, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant purchased D’s factory dormitories in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun with KRW 600,00,00 from E (the first instance court conviction on May 16, 2017) and with a 15 fact that the mert cloids (the “one philopopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine.
