Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went to the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B Apartmentdong around 03:15 on September 10, 2019; (b) went to the front of the entrance hallway managed by the residents of the above apartment C, and went to the front of the entrance hallway managed by the residents of the above apartment C, and then, (c) the victim in the name was stolen from the market value that was left to the front corridor of the entrance of the residence.

Accordingly, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to larceny, he/she has committed night larceny during the period of repeated crime.

1. On October 4, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft by taking a part of the F physical card that was owned by another victim by other employees, from the main points of the victim E in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s management around October 20, 2019, the Defendant discovered a cell phone in the relevant location and taken a cre in which the surveillance of employees was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., commits larceny again during the period of repeated crime.

2. On October 13, 2019, around 09:30 on October 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one credit card of the IB owned by the victim H on the surrounding road of the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property of which possession of the victim escaped.

3. On October 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: F.m., the name of E, which was stolen, upon arrival in the vicinity of the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on October 4, 2019.
