A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2016, at around 05:48, the Defendant received the report of 112, “influence without paying a taxi” on the front of the Dobong-gu Public Health Center, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, a Don Police Station B, who called “Is back a taxi,” and called “Is back a taxi at the back of the Don Police Station B,” and used “Is back a taxi, Is off the back of the Don Police Station, Is off “Is off a taxi, Is off a police officer, Is off the above C’s left side side of the Don Public Health Center.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning reporting duties by police officers 112 who wear a uniform.

However, in consideration of the fact that the defendant's time to commit the crime of this case and reflects it, contingently resulting in the crime of this case, and the defendant has no other criminal record except once a fine, the punishment shall be determined as ordered by the order.
