Punishment of the crime

No person shall perform any act impeding the structure of any road or the traffic of any road without justifiable grounds.

On September 24, 2014, at around 01:37, the Defendant performed an act of impeding the structure of the road or traffic without justifiable grounds by installing a tent (0.5m in street, 1.3m in vertical length, 1.6m in height) on the road above the road, or by installing a tent (C), etc. on the road above.
