Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) installed a street board (1.5 meters street and 2 meters vertical length) without obtaining permission to occupy and use the original capital market on the knives road in the DD market located in Kuju-si; and (b) operated a street store in which knives are sold, thereby hindering the structure of the road and traffic.

2.
