1. Defendant AE, AG, and AJ shall be jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs each money indicated in the “request amount” column in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendant AE, AG and AJ
A. Defendant AE, a company with the indication of the claim, is established for the purpose of the manufacture and sale of electronic devices and products, and Defendant AG is the representative director of Defendant AE, Defendant AJ is the auditor of Defendant AE, and the said Defendants, in collusion with the Plaintiffs from October 2012 to April 2014, by deceiving the Plaintiffs to the effect that “the Plaintiffs may receive a high amount of profit if they purchase the shares of Defendant AE and pay money as the deposit for team team team leader deposit,” and then, in this context, receive KRW 751,603,70 in total from the Plaintiffs as stated in the “request Amount” column in the attached Table as stated in the “Request Amount” column in the attached Table, and the said Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay damages for delay and delay damages.
