A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 6, 2005, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny from the Seoul Central District Court. On October 9, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and probation for the same offense in the same court on August 9, 2009, and on May 30, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on December 18, 2012 by having been sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the same offense in the same court on May 30, 2012.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On January 1, 2014, around 03:00, the Defendant discovered a motor vehicle owned by the victim, whose name was parked without correcting the driver’s seat in the New-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and then cut off one digital camera Da80 on the market price.
