[criminal history] On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Changwon District Court Branch of Msan Branch on February 18, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Monyang detention house.

1. Larceny;
A. On December 5, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant discovered that the e-mail car, the victim owner, is parked in a cafeteria in the front of the restaurant operated by the victim D in Changwon-si, Masan-si, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door and entered the vehicle into the vehicle; and (b) cut off one vehicle at the market price of KRW 5,000,000 by driving the said vehicle using the keys of the vehicle already displayed.
B. On January 11, 2018, the Defendant discovered a 100:44-gu, Changwon-si, the head of the Simsan-si, the head of the Simsan-si, that the car in the 101-dong parking lot, the victim F, was parked in the 101-dong parking lot without locking the door of the vehicle at the 101-dong parking lot, and opened the vehicle door and entered the vehicle into the vehicle, and then cut one car with the vehicle key, the market price of which is unknown by driving the vehicle using the vehicle key already posted.

At around 04:15 on January 11, 2018, the Defendant, at the 104-dong parking lot in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Defendant driven and parked in the 104-dong 104-B, as described in paragraph 1-2. At the place specified in paragraph 1, the victim H is found to have parked without the vehicle door, and the vehicle door is opened and kept next to the driver's seat, and the vehicle's twitk is continuously opened and the vehicle's twitk is owned by the victim's 200,000 won of the market price.
