Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2012, the defendant filed an appeal after having been sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act, and the same court is pending in the trial of the same appellate court.
