A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. A quasi-Rape: (a) on June 12, 2020, the Defendant purchased alcohol at a nearby convenience store in the process of taking the victim’s residence after drinking at a university’s college post-university (the name, the 19-year old age), and (b) tried to drink with the victim at the victim’s bar located in the victim’s residence located in Asan City C apartment D; (c) however, the victim was unable to resist with her own will and panty of the victim in a state where she was unable to resist with her own mind after her returning home, and subsequently raped the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s state of refusal to resist, such as taking the Defendant’s hand into the part of the sound of the victim.
