나. 2014. 4. 8.경 범행 피고인은 2014. 4. 8. 08:34경 위 제1의 가항 기재 피고인의 주거지에서, 피고인의 ‘카카오스토리’ 인터넷 계정에 피해자의 사진을 여러장 게시한 다음 “C”, “ 씨~ 나는 걸레입니다~”라는 제목을 입력하고, “H”라는 닉네임을 사용하여 다른 사람이 위 카카오스토리에 게시한 글에 “오늘 하루도 반갑습니다~~^^”라는 댓글을 게시한 것을 비롯하여, 그 때부터 2014. 6. 20. 20:24경까지 별지 범죄일람표 1 기재와 같이 “H”라는 닉네임으로 총 5회에 걸쳐 댓글을 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
