『2018고단2490』 피고인은 2018. 5. 3. 23:00경 대전 동구 B 앞 도로에서, 112신고를 받고 현장출동한 대전동부경찰서 C지구대 소속 경장 D이 피고인을 제지하였다는 이유로, 위 경찰관에게 “뭘 야려, 이 씨발새끼야! 죽여 버린다. 죽고 싶냐, 이 씨발 새끼야! 니가 뭔데 말려, 이 씨발새끼야!”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 경찰관의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 팔꿈치로 턱 부위를 1회 가격하고, 발로 오른쪽 무릎 부위를 1회 걷어차는 등 폭행하여 112신고사건 처리에 관한 경찰관의 정당한 직무집행을 방해함과 동시에 위 경찰관인 피해자(36세)에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 우 팔꿈치 타박상 등을 가하였다.
