A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is living together with the victim under the name of management, such as the wife E of the victim D (79 years of age) and the nursing staff related to the disease of the victim.

1.
