1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 32,065,00 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from October 12, 2017 to May 31, 2019.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company established for the purpose of running the parts manufacturing business, and the Defendant is a stock company established for the purpose of selling parts manufacturing business.
