1. Basic facts

(c) A shall pay the prescribed amount of expenses (air and accommodation charges) due to the SET-UP business trip to B, and all subsequent expenses shall be liable.

Article 2 (Implementation Matters related to Delivery, Acceptance and Installation of Goods) (1) The terms and conditions of delivery of goods shall comply with the packing bags and packaging specifications set by A, ensure that the goods arrive safely at the place of delivery designated by A, and bear transport costs to the place of delivery.
