Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle B’s “wing-poned off” at a distance of about 30 meters from the 112nd to the 107nd road of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, B while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.269%.
