1. The phrase “the part to be disclosed” in the list of the documents requesting disclosure in attached Form 1, which the Defendant made against the Plaintiff on September 16, 2014.

1.The following facts do not conflict between the parties:

On September 2, 2014, the Plaintiff requested on September 2, 2014, the Defendant to disclose information on the “documents attached to the Convention for the Relocation of the Electric Stak Stak Stak Stak Stak Stak Staks and the Schedule of Documents Attached to Annex 2 (hereinafter “C”) as indicated in the List of Documents for Requests for Disclosure.”

On September 16, 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision not to disclose information (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the instant information constitutes information subject to non-disclosure under Article 9(1)5 and 7 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The instant agreement needs to be disclosed because there is no high probability that the fair performance of parliamentary decision-making affairs would be objectively impeded even if the instant information is disclosed.
