1. Around August 16, 2014, the Defendant embezzled, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of a debit card of a new bank owned by the victim C, which is the victim’s ownership, and returning it to the victim, on the road before the Iju point located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

2. On August 9, 2014, at L convenience stores operated by the victim K in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant purchased an amount equivalent to KRW 26,300 in the sum of KRW 26,00 from the lost card and paid the amount with a debit card of a new bank lost by C as described in paragraph (1).

In addition, the defendant purchased goods equivalent to the total amount of 61,800 won with the above debit card five times in total, such as the list of crimes attached to the same day, and acquired it by fraud, and used the lost debit card.

3. On August 9, 2014, the criminal defendant, who acquired the taxi fee, was unable to pay the taxi fee because he/she did not possess a credit card for cash or payment on the road front of the Incheon State Station, notwithstanding the fact that he/she was unable to pay the taxi fee.
