Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On July 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court on July 11, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on August 30, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 22:00 on January 24, 2014, the Defendant embezzled cash of KRW 200,000,000, Korean banks, debit cards, and new credit cards in the name of the victim, in which the victim D lost at play areas located in Gunsan-si C.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 06:00 on January 25, 2014, the Defendant pretended that the debit card of the bank embezzled by the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), was owned by the Defendant, and settled 30,000 won with the above debit card, and provided accommodation services from the victim, and used the lost debit card unlawfully.

B. On January 25, 2014, at around 06:45, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 55,200 from the J convenience store operated by the victim I located in Si, Gunsan-si, and the Defendant pretended that our bank’s debit card embezzled as described in paragraph (1) was owned by the Defendant, and paid the price of the goods with the above debit card, and received the said goods from the victim, and used the lost debit card unlawfully.

C. On January 25, 2014, at around 07:09, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,900 from the convenience store operated by the victim L L in Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si, and the Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1), pretended that the Defendant was the Defendant’s possession, paid the amount of goods with the above debit card, and received the said goods from the victim, and used the lost debit card unlawfully.

On January 25, 2014, at around 10:34, the Defendant is equivalent to KRW 990,00,000 at the net price in P operated by the victim O located in Seocheon-gun N.
