1. Basic facts

A. C. On December 17, 2018, at the Health Institute of the instant case, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred and around 05:20, around December 17, 2018, to the instant building for insurance purposes, the said fire spread to the instant building for the instant insurance purposes. due to heat and flame, the outer walls, windows, excellent pipes, proxy rocks, gas pipes, and architecture of the instant building for insurance purposes were damaged, and the outer walls, floor finishing materials, and internal remote areas, etc. of the said building were destroyed.

The details of the investigation report by various related agencies regarding the fire of this case are as follows.
