Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On Aug. 20, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on Aug. 20, 2009, and the said judgment was finalized on Aug. 28, 2009. On Aug. 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the sex support of the Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on Aug. 20, 2011.

On October 25, 2012, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car within the one kilometer of approximately 1 kilometer from the date front of the coast station in the mutual infinite East-dong, in the state of alcohol of 0.064% of blood alcohol concentration, to the roads front of the river mouth in the same city north-dong.
