Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On February 2, 2013, around 22:00 on the date, the Defendant invaded upon another’s residence by entering the entrance door of B apartment 103 2402, which is managed by the R of the R of the GaS Construction Team leader of the Goi-gu P, Young-gu P.
