Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, around 06:45, the Defendant went through the door door of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the Victim B resides, and opened the door door in front of the household entrance of the victim on the third floor of the said house, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence.
