Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, with intellectual disability with less than 49 years of age and less than 7 years of social age, has weak ability to discern things or make decisions at the time of committing each of the following crimes.

1.
