In addition, around 2012, the respondent of the attachment order(hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") came to know of the victim E (Nam, 10 years of age) who is playing with his/her friendship in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City PC bank(DPC).
1. On August 16, 2013, the Defendant discovered a victim playing in the said PC room on or around August 16, 2013, and offered a motion picture to the victim, thereby waiting to screen the motion picture at the G theater located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, and then going to the entertainment room.
During the continuous entertainment, the victim's face was drawn up with the victim's face with his/her own hand, and he/she was faced with the victim's entrance and view.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against a minor victim under the age of 13.
2. On August 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on August 17, 2013, when the PC used a game with the victim at the PC room, left the room where the victim would want to drink; (b) on August 17, 2013, the Defendant saw the victim to a lux restaurant with a lux with a lux with a lux with a lux with a view to going the victim into the restaurant at around 21:00 on the same day; and (c) took the victim’s face to go to the restaurant at around 21:00 on the same day.

At around 19:20 on the same day, the Defendant saw the gap in which the victim reported the bloth PC by in his own hand, and continued to put the victim into the knee knee knee kne kne kne kn of the Defendant, and brought the victim in the following side of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant forced a minor victim under 13 years of age.
