1. The defendant shall start on November 15, 2010 for the plaintiff A, KRW 102,079,514, and KRW 3,388,073, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D’s position 1) From November 13, 1996 to January 7, 2008, D’s trade name “F” was engaged in a liquefied petroleum gas sales business that supplies liquefied petroleum gas to neighboring residential prices of the above scams, in the name of “F.” From January 8, 2008, the Defendant succeeded to the status of D’s liquefied petroleum gas sales business entity by acquiring “F” from D from January 8, 2008, and from that time, the Defendant is running the same trade name as from that time to that time.
3) The Plaintiff A and B are mother-and-child buildings located in the Cheongbuk-gun A (hereinafter “instant building”).
(B) A person who resides in the second floor of the building, and was supplied with liquefied petroleum gas by the “F” operated by D at the time, and used an electric siren installed by H during the period from June 22, 2008. (B) On November 15, 2010, the Defendant used 2 restaurant and house house on the second floor of the building of this case as the second floor, and 3 household houses on the second floor.
