1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 25,538,583; and (b) KRW 21,691,893 to Plaintiff B; and (c) from August 12, 2016 to October 2019 to each of them.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The plaintiffs are the vice-party 1) The plaintiffs are the "E" in the Dok-si, Young-si (hereinafter "the farm of this case").
2) The Defendant is a person who jointly operates a stable in the name of Korea-Japan, meat and milch cows. 2) The Defendant collects the LPG container in the name of “G” from the name of “G” on the side of the instant farm, and extracts the remaining high-pressure gas in the container, and stores it in the storage tank, and sells the liquefied petroleum gas to the charging station or the container thereof.
B. (1) On August 11, 2016, the Defendant G was loaded with approximately KRW 2,500 LPG gas pipes. However, as gas valves from the LPG gas tank were leaked, a fire accident (hereinafter “instant accident”) occurred due to explosion of liquefied petroleum gas stored in the LPG gas tank, gas storage tank, etc., which was located there, due to the leakage of gas.
(2) At the time of the instant accident, a large explosion, heat, vibration, and vibration were delivered to the instant farm at the time of the instant accident, and various waves and residues were destroyed by part of the farm’s facilities as of the instant farm, and a fetus that died or was pregnant in the course of their strike was still still stillborn.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The Defendant is the owner and possessor of a gas tank or a gas storage tank, which is a structure G, and as such, liquefied petroleum gas products are inflammable and inflammable. As such, the Defendant safely divings valves in order to prevent gas from spreading and storing, and safely stores LPG gas in preparation for a case where there are shot gas.
