1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On October 18, 2005, the Plaintiff obtained the safety certification of electrical appliances with respect to the electric heat table (the basic model name: SR-7, rated: 20 V to 60Hz, 735W) which is an electrical device on October 18, 2005. On December 20, 2005, the Plaintiff obtained the safety certification of electrical appliances (the basic model name: SR-4, rated: 220V to 20V, 60Hz, 435W).

The heat table of each of the above models that the Plaintiff obtained the safety certification of electrical appliances (hereinafter referred to as the “previous Certified Products”) consists of one heating panel and one temperature control machine attached thereto, and heating apparatus installed in indoor tent. The safety control parts list attached to the electrical appliances’ safety certificate include electric power wires, heat lines, temperature control devices (e.g., rylate, tamper, P.C.B., temperature control devices, etc.) manufacturer/trademark name, model name/form/type, rated or characteristics, and certification marks, etc. by electric heat control devices, etc.

Around June 2015, the Korean Product Safety Association made it under the name of SR-7 and SR-4 model of the previous certified product, and made it possible for the Plaintiff to conduct a product inspection with the Korea Testing and Research Institute for Chemical Convergence with respect to the heat table established in 14 schools, such as the Incheon Gyeyang Elementary School from 2008 to 2010, and confirmed that the temperature control period, which is a component of the previous certified product, is different from the temperature control period in terms of the structure, circuit, shape, or different from the temperature control period, or the rated or change pressure range of Malaysia, which is the detailed component of the temperature control period, different from the temperature control period, and submitted a confirmation document with respect to the previous certified product, not the temperature control period of the previous certified product, to the Korean Product Safety Association for 2007 and 500 years, 200, 2009, 2009, 2009, 2009, 2009.

The defendant manufactures the product of this case subject to the safety certification of electrical appliances.
