1. Basic facts

A. On August 6, 2009, the Plaintiff and the beneficiary of the insured and the beneficiary, and the Defendant’s life-long with the insurance period, entered into the “Undividend 30furcs Consolidated Guarantee Insurance” (hereinafter “instant special agreement”). The main contents of the said special terms and conditions are as listed below [Attachment 1].

C. On May 14, 2012, the Plaintiff was diagnosed with Magamamamam and received an operation to perform Magambomy, etc. at the Jeonnam Hospital on May 14, 2012, and received hospitalized treatment as indicated below (attached Table 2).
