Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses shall pass along the center line right side of the road.

Nevertheless, around 17:20 on April 5, 2014, the Defendant driven his B body-ray car in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 125 Big Market, and passed beyond the center line of yellow solid lines in the opposite direction.
