Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 70,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 35,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of the car B.

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses shall pass along the center right side of the road.

Nevertheless, on June 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 07:40 on June 11, 2015, and proceeded over the yellow line with the front distance of the Bosung High School located in 1278 as in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with one-lane shooting distance located in the west-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the vehicle and horse traffic methods.
