A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the Defendant provided the victim with taking photographs of the victim’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the victim’s will.

3. On September 1, 2019, between 03:00 on the same day and 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant taken photographs of the part of buckbucks by using the part of the victim’s bucks, which is a smartphone owned by the Defendant’s smartphone, using the crepane-phone 8 camera function, in which the victim E (the victim, fluor, fluor, and 17 years of age) fluencing alcohol with a single Hunting from the Han River Park as set forth in the above paragraph (1).
