Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2012, around 01:30 on November 15, 2012, the Defendant stolen scrap metal of approximately KRW 100,000,000,000 in total market value, such as Switzerland, Alumins, Aluminum, and electric wires, located adjacent to a construction site located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by using the same method as construction materials in the same way as the market value of the victim E, such as pipes and four bombs, located adjacent to the construction site located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around the same day, around 02:0 on the same day, the Defendant stolen construction materials in the same way as the market value.
