Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of the Public Official Election Act at the Gwangju District Court on December 7, 2012, and five years have not passed since the sentence became final and conclusive on December 7, 2012, and supported the candidates for E who were elected by being selected as the candidates of the head of the Gu after receiving the success of C party from the National Dong local election on June 4, 2014.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in the intraparty competition for the decision of candidate for official election of the Cparty D head of the Gu, implemented on May 11, 2014, visited the website of text messages from which the name of the F Party cannot be known by using the computers located at the site, and reported the possibility that some media, such as language KBS, etc., reported the possibility of excluding the official election of the head of the E C Party’s basic political party head of the ED head on the 30 mobile phones, including G and H, for the purpose of getting a preliminary candidate to be elected at the time.
