Criminal facts
1. Around 11:50 on August 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken a rear sloping, such as a victim’s bridge, bucks, knick, knish, etc., using the photographing function of the mobile phone owned by the Defendant while the victim G (here 20 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant (here 20 years of age) was able to take care of the head of the customer.
2. On August 12, 2013, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, H, 114 104 dong 104, taken the part of the sprinkine, which is the body of the Defendant, by taking advantage of the mobile phone photographing function of the Defendant’s cell phone, while the Defendant was diving.
3. On August 21, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant taken the victim K (n, 27 years old)’s bridge part, which is the Defendant’s wife located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si, and △△△, by taking advantage of the Defendant’s mobile phone photographing function.
4. At around October 29, 2013, the Defendant taken the body part of the victim’s body by taking advantage of the mobile phone photographing function of the Defendant’s cell phone, while the victim N (the age of 25), who is the teacher of MM kindergarten accompanying the Defendant’s father in the above L apartment complex, is carrying the kindergarten students on the vehicle.
5. At around October 29, 2013, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, set up a mobile phone in a small bend, in advance, at the Defendant’s house, in order to have the victim’s wife (n, 32 years of age) take the clothes of the Defendant’s body and set up the Defendant’s cell phone in a small bend, and then the victim took the image of putting the clothes back using the recording function.
6. On December 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:48, the victim P, a teacher of MM in the above L apartment complex, (b) was driving down the lower body part of the victim by using a mobile phone photographing function of the Defendant, while the victim P, a teacher of MM in the above L apartment complex, is boarding the kindergarten students on the vehicle.
