1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

2. However, as to the Defendants, each of the above judgments is established.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are persons operating commercial sex acts in the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel D and E, and the name of the “F”.

1. The Defendants violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. from April 2, 202 to March of the same month placed an advertisement at the said commercial sex business establishment, such as "G", which is a commercial sex trafficking advertising site, and received 10-150,000 won according to the course from male customers who had contacted with the advertisement, and ordered them to act of similarity by guiding them to the head office with which there are employees engaged in commercial sex acts, such as H (I).

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the Employment Security Act shall engage in the job placement, recruitment or supply of workers with intent to have them find a job in sexual traffic or other business in which obscene acts are conducted;

Nevertheless, at around 20:30 on April 1, 2020, the Defendants posted an advertisement for recruiting female employees to engage in commercial sex acts in the said commercial sex acts, such as “G,” etc., which is an advertising site, and provided an interview to H who reported and contacted such advertisement, and provided a condition that KRW 7-90,000 shall be paid according to the course per commercial sex acts.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to recruit workers for the purpose of having them be employed in commercial sex acts or other obscene acts.
