On October 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a B 4 tons car truck at around 3 km in front of the Hansan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, in the state of alcohol of 0.124% of blood alcohol concentration at around 20:10 on October 12, 2013.
